As a family run, Black owned, female owned studio, I prioritize trust, inclusion, and long term relationships so your health journey feels personal and sustainable.
My philosophy is we use every major muscle group daily therefore our workouts should incorporate all of them while also focusing on balance & coordination, mobility/agility & weight bearing movements; which inevitably maximizes time.
